{This page is under construction.}. Tenontosaurus is a genus of medium to large sized ornithopod dinosaur from N. America. It was formerly thought to be a 'hypsilophodont', but since Hypsilophodontia/tidae is no longer considered a clade, it is now considered to be a very primitive iguanodont.[1]
