Abydosaurus is a genus of brachiosaurid named in 2010. It is named after the Egyptian city of Abydos (where Osiris's head and neck were buried) because the head and neck is all that has been found. It lived in the Cretaceous. The type and only species is A. micintoshi.[1][2][3][4]
